New industrial marking with “STILL”
With this professionally applied floor marking, the efficiency of internal working processes is improved.
The now clear, precise, and informative labeling of driving, walking, and storage spaces as well as parking areas has a positive effect on process optimization for the company from the appropriate industrial marking. In addition, safety on the industrial premises increases many times over.

Initially, all old markings were removed with pressure washers. All surfaces to be marked were given a first-class cleaning as a result and decades of dirt were removed.

Then a two component high solid color (low solvent, aroma-free) based on modified epoxy resin components was processed.

This was then sealed with a transparent two component UV clear varnish. With this protective film markings stay visible for a significantly longer time and are less susceptible to staining.
Sealed marking system
Industrial areas, where marking is permanently subject to the highest requirements, are well-suited for sealed marking systems.
The basis for this floor marking are the specifications of the accident prevention regulations of the BGV A8 and the workplace ordinance Arb. StättV §3 Para. 1 as well as the pamphlet M11 for internal traffic routes for employer’s liability insurance associations.
