Initially, all old markings were removed with pressure washers. All surfaces to be marked were given a first-class cleaning as a result and decades of dirt were removed.
Then a two component high solid color (low solvent, aroma-free) based on modified epoxy resin components was processed.
This was then sealed with a transparent two component UV clear varnish. With this protective film markings stay visible for a significantly longer time and are less susceptible to staining.
