A not quite everyday order reached us at very short notice, at the end of the summer holidays in Bavaria. Within shortest time a complete movement course should be built on the new schoolyard of the TGR-Realschule in Unterschleißheim. It applied multicolored playing fields on a total area of 1,500 square meters. To do this, all the markings first had to be graphically designed and the necessary and the necessary stencils had to be made. The work on site had to be completed within one working day. The entire planning and preparations were managed by our head office in Ibbenbüren.

Special material

A thin-film material was applied that was especially suitable for this application, which is on the one hand extremely wear-resistant and on the other hand also slip-resistant.

ISOLATION

carapax offers not only protective coatings but also coatings for thermal and sound insulation. This MID system is used for thermal insulation in roof trusses, facades, or floors in housing construction. The space to be insulated is filled in a dimensionally stable, complete, and gapless manner. This minimizes heat loss and damaging condensation is completely prevented.

In addition to thermal insulation, the system also meets all requirements for the properties of an excellent sound insulation because the stability and flexibility of the material remains throughout the entire service life.

carapax also meets the requirements for fire safety protection of Class E, is mold and mildew resistant, and has better insulation values than commercial insulation.
