Special anti-skid floor coatings

This material is the answer for even the most highest requirements for mechanical and chemical durability. Very high adhesion paired with low susceptibility to staining and anti-slip surface properties guarantee a perfect coating.

The special composition for marking provides excellent chemical resistance.

This material is especially well-suited for sealed concrete floors in industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, or even garages.

Chemical resistance

The coating is distinguished not only on the basis of the chemical reaction it undergoes in the physical drying out of the solution, but also by its excellent chemical resistance, for example to propellants, motor and hydraulic oils, and de-icing agents and humic acid.

Low susceptibility to staining

With low susceptibility to staining, the coating remains visible for significantly longer and can be cleaned any time.

ISOLATION

carapax offers not only protective coatings but also coatings for thermal and sound insulation. This MID system is used for thermal insulation in roof trusses, facades, or floors in housing construction. The space to be insulated is filled in a dimensionally stable, complete, and gapless manner. This minimizes heat loss and damaging condensation is completely prevented.

In addition to thermal insulation, the system also meets all requirements for the properties of an excellent sound insulation because the stability and flexibility of the material remains throughout the entire service life.

carapax also meets the requirements for fire safety protection of Class E, is mold and mildew resistant, and has better insulation values than commercial insulation.
